- You’re the utility bill account owner
- You have a mobile phone that can install the Jotson app

When and how will I get my gift card?
After you fill out the form, we’ll quickly review your information to see if you qualify. If you do, you’ll get instructions to download the Jotson app, complete a few tasks within it, securely upload 3 months of bills through our portal, and join a 30-minute call to walk through your experience.
Once that’s complete, we’ll send you your $50 gift card!

Green Button is a government-mandated initiative in Ontario that gives households and businesses secure access to their own energy data. It was designed to make it easier for you to download, view, and share your electricity and natural gas usage — with apps like Jotson that help you understand and act on that data.
Jotson is a verified member of the Green Button Alliance and uses this standard to connect safely and securely with your utility provider.
How long will it take to get my $50?
Once you submit the form, we’ll get back to you within 2 business days to confirm eligibility. After that, you’ll download the Jotson app, connect your utility provider, and upload 3 months of bills.
We’ll follow up within 7 days to schedule a 30-minute call. Once you’ve completed that call, we’ll send your $50 gift card right away.
